When is The Jungle open?
The Jungle comes to life at these times:

The Gorilla Warrior, Tribal Climb and Jungle Canopy High Ropes sessions start on the hour, every hour. The Jungle Time and Cubs Playgrounds are open all day, every day, for unlimited play.

What time should I arrive for my session?
We recommend arriving at least 15-30mins prior to your session start time, and ensure all waivers are signed for everyone playing on the day. This will allow for a smooth check-in and plenty of time for your safety briefing. If you are running late, you will be led through The Jungle as soon as possible and our team at Treeception will do our best to accommodate you.

What do I wear and do kids need socks?
Rock up at Treeception with your ticket purchase, appropriately dressed for active play.
Jungle Adventure Play Socks are a must if you are in our Jungle Time or Cub’s Playground, which you’re required to wear at all times for safety and hygiene purposes, you can purchase them online or at The Jungle for $3.50 each. Unfortunately, you cannot wear your own socks as our socks are specially designed for our equipment.
For our Climbing Walls, High Ropes and Ninja Warrior courses closed toe shoes are a must.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
We’re unable to allow external food to be consumed at The Jungle. Fortunately, we have our own amazing Base Camp Café and Vines Restaurant serving sustainably-sourced tropical coffee blends and a cornucopia of food. Parents can even relax and chat over a quiet alcoholic beverage, knowing their warriors are safe. To view our menu, please visit our Cafe page.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we do our very best to cater for a wide range of special dietary requirements. You can view our Vines Restaurant and Base Cafe Menus here. Please advise the cafe on the day when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your own food into The Jungle.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Do I need to book?
Our Tribe is always encouraged to book online to avoid disappointment. However, if you feel like just dropping in you can buy tickets over the counter mid-week only (Monday to Thursday). During school holidays and weekends bookings are essential, you can do this via the BOOK NOW button.

I made a booking online, what do I do next?
Please ensure all participants have a valid waiver – you can do this via the LOGIN button on our website. On the day, arrive at least 15-20minutes before your session start time and be ready for an adventure of a lifetime!

Do adults and spectators need to purchase tickets too?
If your little tribe members are needing assistance in our Jungle Time Playground or Cubs Playground, you don’t need a ticket, we just ask that you purchase a pair of our Jungle Socks for safety and hygiene purposes. While you’re here, why not challenge yourselves and have a go on the Canopy High Ropes, Tribal Climb or Gorilla Warrior or even challenge yourself on our Jungle Jump? Secure your spot by purchasing a ticket for these via the Book Now Button. Spectators are free to come in.

What’s the best zone for my child?
Great question and we have all the answers you seek on our website! You can now check out all of the zones, age recommendations, challenge levels and more here.

How do the Jungle Double and World of Adventure tickets work?
Your ticket includes one hour in each area that you have selected, these sessions start on the hour every hour as per the start time on your ticket. The free Jungle Jump is best to be used once you have completed all your activities. If it is your first jump of the day, you are only permitted to jump from the bottom or middle platforms for safety purposes.

I have a child with special needs, can you help with our booking?
Absolutely, we’d love to. Please contact us and we’ll make the necessary arrangements for you.

Oh no! I need to cancel my general admission tickets.
Unfortunately, once general admission tickets have been purchased they are non-refundable as we have held that space for you. However, we can change your tickets to a new date. Please contact our Jungle Team who can make this change for you. Please note we require 24 hours notice to reschedule a ticket.

How do I book a children’s party?
For availability and to book, please go to the Parties and Functions page and click the Book Now button. This page also contains information on our packages. If you still have questions, reach out to our events team to help book your party at events@thejungletribe.com.au.

Can I make a change to my party booking?
Yes, of course. Our Jungle Team will need to do that for you. Please email our events team at events@thejungletribe.com.au with your changes.

I have kids with multiple different ages, which zone do I choose for my party?
The best party package to book for mixed ages is the Tribal Climb as it suits a wide range of ages (5+). For the younger ones, we can manually add a few tickets to the playground for these kids. Book your party to suit the majority and then get in touch to arrange the others.

What party food is included in the children’s party packages?
Party food includes a selection of pizza, gourmet party pies and sausage rolls, sandwiches, and seasonal fruit, as well as water and juice. We also cater for special dietary requirements. Parents/carers and guests can order from our Vines Restaurant or Base Camp Cafe menus.

Can I bring a cake?
If you have booked a party package with us you’re welcome to bring your own cake to share. We do not allow cakes in our general restaurant or cafe areas, however we do have ice cream cakes which you can purchase for $19.

I’m not 100% sure of the final numbers yet, can I still secure a booking?
Yes, absolutely. At the time of booking, you’ll only need to pay 50% of the total party costs, with the remaining due on the day of your event. A member of our Tribe will be in contact to confirm details prior to your event. Please note, parties require a minimum of 10 ticketed guests.

How do I make a change to an existing party or function booking?
If you need to change your existing booking, please note that we require 3-days notice. If you need to refund your party or function booking, please note that we require 7-days notice. Please email our events team at events@thejungletribe.com.au or call us on (07) 3147 8013.

Can I decorate the room?
Of course! Our party rooms feature artwork from a local graffiti artist, however the tables are a blank canvas for you to decorate while the children are playing. We ask that you avoid confetti, glitter and using sticky tape on our walls.

Does my package include goody bags?
Jungle goody bags are currently a work in progress and not available for purchase. You are more than welcome to bring along your own goody bags, we just ask that these are handed out as your guests are leaving so they can be enjoyed at home. Please remember we are a nut-free facility.

What do I need to do before the day?
Please ask all parents to sign a waiver on behalf of their children who will be participating in the activities on the day. This can be done via the LOGIN button on our website. We also ask that you send us a complete list of all guests prior to the day so we can allocate tickets accordingly.

Active wear is the best attire for most of our activities.

• Jungle Time or Cub’s Playground – Jungle Adventure Play Socks are a must for children and adults. You can purchase them online or at The Jungle for $3.50 each.
• Tribal Climb, Canopy and Gorilla Warrior are best done in enclosed shoes.
• Mini Golf Safari, bring a hat!

Do we exchange socks? – We know there are other great venues out there that require their own socks, and a sock exchange sounds ideal. However we don’t exchange socks in store so you don’t have to repurchase them when you go back to another venue. Good for the planet, good for your pocket!
